Before purchasing an AC adapter that you need to make sure the AC adapter will give you the correct voltage and suitable current output.
To know the voltage and current, to give your laptop and look for a label, sticker or writing which shows the voltage and current, it should look something like the examples below. The voltage figure will have a "V" after 19V is, the current number and will have an "A" or "ma." ie, 3.15. You can also find these shown in the original AC adapter if you have it. The voltage should be within 10% of its AC adapter initial tension. Amplifiers can be larger, but they can not retail.
If you buy a universal AC adapter or car charger will have to solve the Watts riots of the original network adapter and select the universal AC adapter or car with the same Watts Watts or higher. Power can be calculated by multiplying the voltage of 20V, 3A, ie X = 60 Amps Watts. No AC adapter is 60 watts so you have to select the next step which is the AC adapter 70 watt.
NOTE: If the power requirement for your laptop is less than 60W or 90W power adapter will not damage your laptop, your laptop will only take the amount of energy it requires. IE If your laptop needs 45W, 60W or 90W work OK. If your laptop needs 80 W, then you will need the 90W one as the 75W one will not be powerful enough.
